This policy outlines our obligations and procedures regarding the collection, use, disclosure, storage, and protection of personal and confidential information obtained through our project management consulting services.
2 Scope
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, consultants, and third parties who may access confidential or personal information during their engagement with Logic Projects.
3 Definitions
• Confidential information includes all non-public information related to clients, projects, methodologies, strategies, systems, business operations, financial data, correspondences and intellectual property.
• Personal information refers to data that identifies an individual, such as names, contact details, employment records, or financial information.
• Client Data means any information provided by or related to clients and their projects, including deliverables, communications, and documents.
4 Principles
The Company adheres to the following principles:
• Transparency – We clearly communicate how we collect and use personal and confidential information.
• Integrity and Security – We ensure information is accurate, securely stored, and accessed only by authorised personnel.
• Limited Use – Information is used only for legitimate business purposes and in line with the services we are engaged to provide.
• Accountability – All employees and third parties are responsible for complying with this policy and protecting confidential data.
5 Collection and use of Information
We collect information that is necessary to:
• Deliver our project management consulting services
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders

8 Client Confidentiality

9 Employee and Contractor Obligations
All personnel must:

• Refrain from discussing sensitive information in public or unsecured spaces
• Report any breaches or concerns to the Privacy Officer or Management immediately
10 Retention and Destruction of Data
Information is retained only for as long as necessary for business or legal purposes. After the completion of a project, all information is securely and is only made available upon direct request from the client.
11 Breach Reporting and Response
In the event of a suspected or confirmed breach:
• Affected parties will be notified as soon as practicable
• An investigation will be conducted to determine the cause and scope
• Steps will be taken to contain the breach and prevent recurrence
This policy is reviewed annually and updated as needed to reflect changes in legal requirements, business practices, or technological advancements.
