Founded in Sydney in 2018, Logic Projects now operates across Australia and South-East Asia delivering for institutional investors, private developers, government agencies and fund managers.

Strategic Planning

The decisions made before a sod is turned define a project. We work alongside our clients from the earliest stages to build a delivery strategy that is commercially sound, properly de-risked and set up to withstand the pressures of live construction. Procurement approach, programme logic, staging, stakeholder alignment and contractor engagement – we get these right at the start, so the project is on the right course from day one.

Design Management

We have handpicked a team of highly skilled design managers and architects with lived experience in the design and delivery of landmark buildings, across sectors and stages. Our approach blends a refined understanding of design excellence with comprehensive technical insight so that our clients can build with confidence. Construction Consulting

Our construction consulting services cover tender management, contract negotiation, dispute resolution, delay and disruption assessment and rigorous performance monitoring across safety, quality, programme and cost. We can step in at any stage – integrating with existing teams, taking ownership of specific scopes, or providing the independent oversight your board or investors require.

Project Management

We manage all aspects of delivery – programme, procurement, cost, quality, safety and stakeholder management – with a practical, proactive mindset. Our clients trust us to make the right calls, protect their interests and deliver projects with enduring value. Every Logic Projects engagement includes a Director. This is a structural commitment that runs through every phase of your project. From early planning and procurement through to construction, finalisation and handover, a senior member of our leadership team is actively involved at every milestone.

Development Management

We work with owners and investors to interrogate development options, define the highest and best use for a site or existing asset, and stress-test the feasibility to provide clarity to inform decision-making. Drawing on a deep network of specialist consultants – architects, town planners, quantity surveyors and market analysts – we provide an independent, informed view that protects your investment from the outset and defines a clear pathway from feasibility through to delivery.

Superintendence

The Superintendent role demands independence, integrity and deep contractual knowledge. Having operated on both sides of the table – as client representative and as Head Contractor – our team understands the Superintendent’s function from every angle. We act independently and professionally, applying rigorous knowledge of construction contracts to guide projects to their best outcome while keeping quality, safety, time and cost firmly on track.
