Nathan Smith

Nathan founded Logic Projects on a single conviction: owners and developers deserve a project management partner with real construction intelligence in their corner. He has spent his career on both sides of the table – leading major builds as a senior executive for Tier 1 contractors, and advising clients and developers on how to procure, de-risk and deliver complex capital projects.

Dylan Mahedy

DIRECTOR

Dylan brings a rare combination of construction law expertise, investment management experience and hands-on delivery. He holds a Masters Degree in Construction Law and has led complex negotiations, advised on contract disputes and represented institutional and private clients at the highest levels of the property industry.

Dane Morrison

DIRECTOR

Dane brings more than 20 years of construction delivery experience to Logic. Having been the Operations Manager at a Tier 1 Construction company where he oversaw and held senior leadership roles across projects in residential, commercial, health, defence, infrastructure and cultural sectors across four states, he has successfully delivered projects ranging from $20 million to over $2 billion, consistently bringing operational discipline and quality outcomes on complex, high-value work.
